Program Description

The session will provide information on active collaborative efforts with an illustration through an evidence-based manualized psychotherapeutic approach in which application of its principles to clinical case material will increase medical knowledge of practice opportunities and positive attitudes on the importance of collaboration.

11am-11:10am: Introduction of ACP International and Inter-organizational Committee Collaborative Projects and presentation of panelists, Timothy Rice, Nathaniel Donson

11:10am-11:30am: Introduction of Regulation-Focused Psychotherapy for Children, Leon Hoffman

11:30am-12pm: Case presentation, Maitreyee Berends, Pamela McPherson, Leon Hoffman

12pm-12:30pm: Panelist commentaries, Konstantinos Taliouridis, Michael Rustin

12:30pm-1pm: Q&A and open discussion, all panelists

Learning Objectives

After this conference, participants will be able to:

1. Participants will increase their knowledge of inter-organizational collaboration between the Association for Child Psychoanalysis and other national professional organizations.
